The AI requirements should focus on hands-on skills, initiative and completed projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and motivated HR & AI Intern to support our HR operations and help improve how we work through AI and automation. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee records, alongside opportunities to independently develop AI-powered tools and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations• Assist with recruitment, including job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling. • Support onboarding and off-boarding, including preparing documents and coordinating internal arrangements. • Assist with payroll administration, MPF documentation and employee movement records. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Provide administrative support to the HR team.AI & Process Improvement• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve HR and administrative workflows. • Independently research, build, test and document practical AI solutions, such as onboarding assistants, internal FAQ tools, document preparation workflows and reporting automation. • Use AI tools to support drafting, summarising and organising HR content, with appropriate accuracy checks. • Evaluate new AI tools and recommend practical applications based on usefulness, cost and ease of adoption. • Prepare simple user guides and demonstrate completed solutions to colleagues. • Handle employee information responsibly, using approved tools and protecting confidential data.Qualifications• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. • Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools to solve practical problems. • Able to independently take an AI project from identifying a need through to a working solution, testing and documentation. • Experience with automation platforms, AI APIs, no-code tools or basic coding is an advantage. • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Able to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively. • Interest in the crypto and financial services industry is an advantage.What We Offer• Hands-on experience across HR operations and practical AI implementation. • Ownership of AI projects with measurable impact. • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals. • Opportunities for networking and professional development. • A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Application ProcessPlease submit your CV and a brief example of an AI tool, workflow or project you have built or implemented.
