Go/Golang Developer

Go/Golang Developer (m/w/d) – Cloud & Platform Engineering Qimia GmbH is a growing and innovative IT company founded in Cologne in 2015 with more than 120 permanently employed developers, supporting leading companies in financial services in cloud, DevOps, data engineering and AI. For our team, we are looking for an experienced Go/Golang developer who wants to build modern, cloud-based software and actively shape architecture, infrastructure and operations along the way. We are looking for a full-time Go/Golang Developer starting as soon as possible or by arrangement. Your role at Qimia: - You develop high-performance services in Go using test-driven development and take ownership of their quality, from design to operations. - You design the architecture of cloud-based applications and integrate them into a heterogeneous system landscape. - You operate and optimize container-based applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments following DevOps and GitOps principles. - You implement authentication and authorization solutions based on OIDC, SAML and JWT, including the configuration of Azure App Registrations and Enterprise Applications. - You automate infrastructure with Terraform and build and deployment pipelines with GitHub Workflows. - You systematically analyze complex issues, from auth flows and network problems to build tooling and container runtimes.
