Product Owner II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner II based in the United States. As a Product Owner II, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative SaaS products designed to modernize public sector workforce planning, compensation, and benefits management. You will work across a portfolio of workforce analytics solutions, translating product vision and customer needs into actionable product requirements and successful releases. Combining product ownership expertise with hands-on AI capabilities, you will use tools such as Claude and Claude Design to accelerate discovery, prototyping, UI/UX design, and documentation. Working closely with engineering teams in the United States and India, you will manage product backlogs, drive agile delivery, and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders. You will also engage directly with government customers to validate solutions and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
