QA Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA Supervisor based in India. This is a fully remote quality leadership role focused on U.S. criminal background screening and public records research. You will lead quality auditors and coaches while ensuring comprehensive audit coverage, timely feedback, and consistent decision-making. The role combines people leadership with deep expertise in court records, legal terminology, reportability rules, and compliance requirements. You will drive calibration sessions, investigate recurring defects, and translate quality findings into measurable improvements. Working closely with Operations, Training, Compliance, and Client Services, you will serve as a key quality partner across the business.
