SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager - (SuccessFactors PM Experience REQUIRED)

Our partner is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager (SuccessFactors Project Management Experience Required) based in the United States. As an SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager, you will lead complex enterprise HR technology implementations supporting critical public sector missions and organizational transformation. You will oversee projects from initial planning and resource allocation through implementation, delivery, and final closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. A key focus will be managing full-suite SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central Payroll (ECP), while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent communication, proactive risk management, and effective issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Beyond delivery, you will mentor project managers, strengthen operational processes, and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships.
