Staff Engineer - Developer Productivity

As a Staff Engineer specializing in Developer Productivity, you will shape the engineering experience and technical infrastructure that enables a growing organization to build, test, and deploy software efficiently at scale. You will take ownership of the end-to-end developer experience, driving improvements across monorepo architecture, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and testing infrastructure. Working within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, you will help optimize the workflows used by more than 50 engineers developing a sophisticated data activation and AI-driven decisioning platform. You will identify development bottlenecks, introduce modern tooling, and establish scalable engineering practices that improve productivity and software quality. Collaborating closely with engineering leadership and product teams, you will influence technical strategy and help shape the organization's engineering culture.
