Benefits Associate Account Manager

This remote role supports the day-to-day management and growth of an assigned insurance client portfolio. You will build strong relationships with clients, carriers, internal teams, and offshore support partners while delivering responsive, high-quality service. The position covers the full account lifecycle, with a strong focus on renewals, policy administration, certificates, endorsements, and client requests. You will also help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen retention, and grow existing accounts. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, insurance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
