Site Activation Specialist with payment experience in Clinical Trials

Our partner is looking for a Site Activation Specialist with payment experience in Clinical Trials based in Canada. This remote role supports the successful activation of clinical trial sites across Canada, with a particular focus on site payments and country-level startup activities. You will help coordinate regulatory submissions, essential documents, contracts, budgets, and activation milestones while ensuring projects remain on track. The role combines operational ownership with close collaboration across sponsors, clinical sites, project teams, and functional stakeholders. You will contribute to high-quality trial delivery by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring timelines, and proactively addressing risks or delays. The position offers exposure to complex clinical development programs within a collaborative, globally connected environment. You will work within established procedures while bringing strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to day-to-day trial startup activities.
