Description
About TQ IMA
TQ IMA was founded and is led by former Big 4 Partners and Directors. We built it as the destination for technology and business transformation experts who help clients work smarter, move faster and create more.
We believe in the potential of ServiceNow, and in expert-led technology change as a route to a better future for business and society. Our work spans the leading edge of the platform, from HRSD, Source to Pay, Finance Operations and CSM through to automation and agentic AI.
We are small enough that everyone has a clear purpose and a real role, and large enough to work with top-tier clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US. We will invest in you, with the resources, tools and opportunities to keep growing.
The role
We are hiring at two levels: Senior Solution Architect (Vice President) and Solution Architect (Associate Vice President).
You will lead enterprise technology strategy and ServiceNow innovation for our clients, and be accountable for solution design and future-proofing across multiple client technology ecosystems. You will work directly with TQ IMA and client executives, sponsors, lead architects and CTOs, making sure each solution and architectural vision is clearly defined, well articulated and engineered to a high standard, within budget and scope. Working with ServiceNow solution teams and our clients, you will shape new approaches to how TQ IMA goes to market and how we transform our clients.
What you'll do
• Bring technology thought leadership, aligned to current trends, that solves clients' most pressing business challenges
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs, create architectural designs, and lead the development and integration of ServiceNow modules
• Build and manage technical relationships across TQ IMA, our clients and ServiceNow to deliver successful implementations and adoption
• Develop and apply best practice and governance, spot opportunities for improvement and make effective use of new platform features
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and onshore and offshore development teams
What you'll bring
• Expertise in designing scalable ServiceNow solutions built around business requirements, with extensive knowledge of the platform's modules, APIs and integrations
• A genuine interest in technology, business, industry and innovation, and a commitment to growing your ServiceNow knowledge through certification, training and the community
• The ability to turn complex concepts into clear, value-focused narratives, with strong written and verbal communication
• Self-awareness and emotional intelligence, including handling constructive conflict to influence decisions and secure client buy-in
• Confident client presenting: leading the room, adapting to audience feedback and building credibility through well-prepared delivery
Experience and qualifications (desirable)
• 8+ years in consulting or professional services and technical delivery, in complex client environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge of the core ServiceNow platform and relevant applications, including: HR Service Delivery (Employee Center, Employee Journey Management); Source to Pay Operations (Sourcing & Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, Accounts Payable Operations); Finance Operations (Finance Close Automation); Customer Service Management; Legal Service Delivery; Workplace Service Delivery; ESM foundations (Service Portal/Employee Center, CMDB, CSDM); App Engine, Integration Hub and Workflow Data Fabric; Now Assist, AI Agents and agentic AI
• Agile and ITIL, plus ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite
Reward and benefits
A highly competitive salary plus a discretionary bonus based on business and personal performance, with:
• Pension
• Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in our London office or client sites.
• 25 days' paid holiday plus public holidays
• Private medical insurance
• Life insurance
• Enhanced sick pay
• Employee discount
