This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape safer, healthier workplaces across diverse healthcare environments. You will partner with leaders across hospital-at-home, community, in-home, virtual care and call centre operations. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on safety leadership in dynamic, often non-traditional work settings. You will help identify and manage risks, strengthen organisational safety capability and influence decision-making. Working across complex stakeholder environments, you will use data and practical expertise to drive meaningful improvements.
