Xstore Development Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Xstore Development Consultant based in India. This is a senior Oracle Retail XStore development role focused on designing, implementing, and customizing enterprise-grade POS solutions for global retail environments. You will work across the XStore architecture, UI, transaction workflows, integrations, and supporting retail technologies. The role combines hands-on development with solution design, fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting, code reviews, and production support. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical implementations that support critical store operations. A key focus will be integrating XStore with ERP, inventory, pricing, loyalty, customer, payment, and omnichannel platforms. You will also support testing, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, and post-production stabilization. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale retail transformation initiatives while working remotely with global stakeholders and technical teams.
