Director of Paid Advertising

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Paid Advertising based in Brazil . This is a senior player-coach leadership role combining people management, client strategy, channel expertise, and product development. You will lead a team of Strategists while remaining hands-on with complex client accounts and high-priority business challenges. The role owns both the quality of client delivery and the growth, development, and retention of the team. You will shape paid advertising strategy, oversee quality and operational standards, and identify opportunities to expand services across the client portfolio. Working across Sales, Product, Data Intelligence, Account Management, and platform partners, you will help evolve the channel’s offering and capabilities. The position also provides a pathway toward broader executive leadership while keeping you close to the craft and day-to-day impact of the work.
