Implementation Leader, EHS Software (Enterprise SaaS)

Our partner is looking for an Implementation Leader, EHS Software (Enterprise SaaS) based in the United States. The Implementation Leader will oversee the onboarding and deployment of enterprise software solutions designed to improve frontline worker safety, quality, and operational performance. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle, from understanding customer requirements and configuring workflows to integrating systems, training users, and launching solutions. Working closely with enterprise clients, IT teams, and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure that software implementations align with real-world business processes and deliver measurable value. The position also involves supporting AI-enabled capabilities and using AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and customer outcomes. With responsibility for complex, multi-phase projects, this role requires strong technical expertise, customer relationship skills, and structured project management.
