Founding GTM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding GTM based in Ireland. This is an opportunity to become the first commercial hire at a well-funded, founder-led AI legal technology company. You will work directly with the founder to build the go-to-market and revenue function from the ground up. Taking ownership of the full sales cycle, you will shape outbound strategy, generate pipeline, lead discovery, and close early customers. You will sell innovative legal services to senior decision-makers, including General Counsels, CFOs, and investment fund leaders. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence the company's commercial strategy from day one. You will join a highly collaborative legal and engineering team in a remote-first environment, with access to London and New York offices. This position is ideal for a hands-on commercial builder who thrives in early-stage environments where processes and playbooks are still taking shape.
