As the industry's only end-to-end, cloud-native network software provider, Mavenir is transforming the way the world connects, accelerating software network transformation for 250+ Communications Service Providers in over 120 countries, which serve more than 50% of the world’s subscribers Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Design & Integration: Organize product components and microservices into robust VM and/or Kubernetes solutions that meet business needs across cloud and telecom infrastructures. - Tackle Advanced Troubleshooting: Deep dive into logs, identify errors, and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal performance. Closely cooperate with other departments within the assigned product. - Innovate & Implement: Research and adapt ideas to create robust platform and customized solutions, contributing directly to the success of our product and customers. - Customers: Be strong technical partner for internal and external customers and support them with strong technical knowledge of our product and platforms. - Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with a talented team, sharing knowledge, documenting solutions, and fostering a positive, motivating team environment. Provide technical customer support. - Product Integration & CI/CD: Strongly support Mavenir regions with product integration in different K8s environments and ensure robust CI/CD automatizations. - Project Contribution: Strongly contribute to internal and customer projects. Be flexible and proactively support our customer projects. - Role Model & Communication: Be a role model in a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient, proactive, and structured communication and problem-solving approaches. - Job Requirements - Job Requirements - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in a similar position, providing a solid foundation in software product integration. - Expertise in VM and Kubernetes: Mastery in Kubernetes environment and Linux systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., OCP, Robin IO, MWP, AWS, AKS, AON). - Additional Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Kafka, and skilled in Bash and Python scripting. Experience with Atlassian tools (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, etc.) is essential. - Proven Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues. - Flexibility & Proactivity: Ability to be flexible and proactively support internal or customer projects, strong willingness to learn new skills, Strong communication skills, Ability to work multiorganization teams, strong team player Must have experience working with Kubernetes Work Environment & Culture - Work independently while contributing to a shared team effort - Build solutions with long-term consistency and maintainability in mind - Improve existing systems while remaining open to thoughtful architectural changes - Strong code review culture: - All code changes are reviewed before merging - Shared ownership of code across the team - Balance innovation with alignment to established standards and practices Accessibility Mavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
