Integration Platform Engineer (MuleSoft & OpenShift)

What you’ll be doing - Deliver daily Level 3 platform operations, maintenance, and support activities within an international cross-functional environment - Analyze and resolve complex escalated incidents from L2 teams within defined SLA timelines - Perform troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending corrective actions - Manage platform capacity, performance, and optimal resource utilization to ensure high availability and scalability - Develop and maintain automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks to drive continuous service improvement - Support deployment, release, and production change activities, including Argo CI/CD pipelines - Manage service requests, create/maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles - Support major incidents, service restoration, and deliver on-call or after-hours support when required - Monitor operational KPIs, proactively identify risks, and interface between internal and external providers What you will need to succeed - 5 to 7 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (focused on platform operations rather than API development) - Solid hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift - Strong proficiency with Argo CI/CD tools and operational deployment processes - Deep understanding of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms and API security standards (OAuth, OpenID) - Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) - Working knowledge of ITIL processes and operational support frameworks - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience synthesizing technical information, facilitating workshops, and working in multicultural environments What the company will offer you A company with an open mindset, where each team member contributes to organizational growth – all ideas are welcome, as is independent thinking; • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment; • Career progression and continuous learning opportunities; • Flexible working hours and hybrid work model; • Participation in innovative projects.
