We are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer – VMware & Windows/Linux to join an international technology project focused on enterprise infrastructure, virtualization and the operation of critical IT services across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, security and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). You will work within an international team, supporting critical infrastructure environments and contributing to continuous service improvement. 🎯 What will you do? - Manage and maintain VMware, Windows Server and Linux infrastructure. - Ensure infrastructure availability, performance and SLA compliance. - Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. - Perform patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure changes. - Support enterprise virtualization, storage and networking environments. - Implement scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot incidents and improve service reliability. - Contribute to infrastructure security, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. 👉 To succeed in this role, it is important to have - 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or similar roles. - Strong experience with VMware ESXi and virtualization technologies. - Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). - Experience with enterprise infrastructure, storage and hardware (Dell, HPE, Fujitsu). - Knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentals. - Experience with scripting and automation. - Experience managing incidents, changes and infrastructure operations. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Fluent English (C1) – mandatory. 🏆 What can you expect from being part of our team? - Work on stable and challenging technology projects that support your professional growth. - Permanent employment contract. - Full-time position. - Competitive salary: €52,000–€55,000 gross per year. - Stable project with opportunities for professional development. - Join an established international technology team. - Rotational participation in support activities. - Flexible working hours. - Intensive working hours during summer.
