We are seeking an AI / Data Science Specialist eager to take on new challenges in Lisbon. Are you the one? - A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 2 years of professional expertise across Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI. - Deep proficiency in Python programming. - Direct background in constructing, fine-tuning, assessing, and deploying AI/ML models. - Practical exposure to LLM frameworks, tools, and prompt engineering techniques. - Applied experience with technologies such as Transformers, GPT, Hugging Face, or similar. - Hands-on familiarity with cloud-based AI ecosystems like AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) or Azure counterparts. - Sound knowledge of databases, system design, and software engineering principles. - Demonstrated capability in constructing and embedding AI capabilities within applications or platforms. - Familiarity with API security, data privacy standards, AI guardrails, governance, and auditing. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Prior experience delivering within Scrum or Agile methodologies. Nice to have: - Track record of taking production-grade AI solutions to market. - Breadth of experience spanning non-LLM Machine Learning techniques and diverse model families. - Practical exposure to MLOps, including experiment tracking, version control, and monitoring systems. - Familiarity with established AI governance frameworks. - Official Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud/AI certifications. - Hands-on work with containerization and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of C# alongside .NET/.NET Core. - Experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework. - Utilization of data tools such as Databricks, Jupyter, MLflow, or equivalent platforms. - Experience managing business-critical, sensitive, or regulated datasets.
