Head of Creative & Design

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Creative & Design based in United States. This is a senior creative leadership role focused on shaping and elevating a global brand across every major customer touchpoint. You will define creative vision and design direction while leading a major global rebrand from concept through execution. The role spans brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences, web, social, video, motion, events, and executive communications. You will lead and develop an in-house creative team while coordinating agencies and freelance partners. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction and a strong focus on quality and consistency. You will also build scalable systems, processes, and design tools that help teams move faster while staying aligned with the brand.
