Head of Performance Marketing

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on performance marketing leader to scale paid acquisition and maximize growth across a fast-growing short-term rental and hospitality business. In this role, you will own a multimillion-dollar advertising budget trajectory, optimize the entire customer acquisition funnel, and drive measurable results for both guest bookings and homeowner acquisition. You will combine paid media expertise with advanced analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and experimentation to improve efficiency and identify new growth opportunities. Working directly with leadership, Product, and Engineering, you will have the autonomy to rebuild marketing infrastructure, refine campaign strategies, and establish scalable operating standards. You will also help expand hotel advertising and metasearch initiatives as the hospitality portfolio grows.
