As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with travel agency partners across Eastern Canada. Covering Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces, you will help partners understand and promote a distinctive cruise and travel experience to their customers. You will develop strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and create engaging ways to increase partner participation and sales performance. Acting as a key brand ambassador, you will connect travel professionals with marketing resources, events, and unique experiences that support their success. You will work closely with internal teams to remove obstacles, share best practices, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
