Senior Product Management Director

As Senior Product Management Director, you will define and lead the product strategy across AI innovation, product-led growth, and next-generation AI search capabilities. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of a SaaS product portfolio while identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a globally distributed team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success leadership. A key focus will be integrating advanced AI technologies into product experiences and exploring emerging opportunities in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will also champion AI-native product management practices, leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and product development.
