Head of Talent Acquisition

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and oversee the entire recruitment function across India, driving strategic hiring initiatives in a dynamic, multinational financial services environment. You will manage a diverse team of in-house recruiters, contractors, consultants, and recruitment outsourcing partners. Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, you will oversee experienced, early-career, specialist, and executive hiring while ensuring operational excellence and compliance. You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, and international talent acquisition teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational priorities. You will also champion diversity and inclusion, strengthen recruitment capabilities, and introduce innovative, data-driven hiring practices.
