You will drive initiatives that improve legal service delivery by optimizing people, processes, and technology. Working closely with attorneys, practice leadership, and innovation specialists, you will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, implement digital solutions, and integrate generative AI into legal practice. You will also help develop AI-powered workflow agents, strengthen knowledge management, and advance data-driven decision-making through strategic dashboards and insights. This role combines legal industry knowledge with project leadership, product management, and hands-on technology adoption. You will help shape the future of legal services while supporting lawyers in delivering more efficient, innovative, and client-focused solutions.
