B2B Marketing Account Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Marketing Account Director based in Brazil . This role owns a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts, serving as a strategic partner responsible for connecting marketing activity to measurable revenue outcomes. You will diagnose growth constraints, develop account strategies, and guide cross-functional teams toward execution. The position sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, with a strong focus on ICPs, lead quality, pipeline health, conversion, and revenue growth. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, including VP and C-suite leaders, and bring a data-driven perspective to strategic conversations.
