Sales specialist at Online School (Romanian)

We´re Abakus School - we’re a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. We're growing and looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We need a cheerful person who knows the stages of sales and knows how to genuinely help clients find the right solution — and feel good about their decision. A great product and a supportive team? Your Role requires to: - Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp and guide them from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson. - Speak with parents after the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course. - Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements. - Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures. - Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions. - Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan. - Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance. Requirements Native-level Romanian (because you`ll work with romanian clients) Basic English (for internal communication with the team as it`s international) Experience from 6 months in education-related, consultative, phone sales is required!
