Onboarding Manager

The Onboarding Manager will play a key role in helping new customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of specialized marketing technology platforms. You will guide clients throughout their onboarding journey, from the initial sales handoff to training, implementation, and early product adoption. Working closely with the onboarding team, you will develop effective strategies that support customer engagement and long-term success.
