Dispatcher

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dispatcher based in the United States. This role is responsible for coordinating emergency and non-emergency service requests across a 24/365 service environment. You will assess incoming requests, determine priorities, and coordinate technicians and field teams to support timely resolutions. The position requires calm, empathetic communication and sound judgment when handling urgent equipment or site issues. You will work across field-service and customer-management systems while maintaining accurate records and clear communication. The role combines customer service, dispatch coordination, troubleshooting, and operational problem-solving. You will collaborate with technicians, customers, site teams, and management to maintain service quality and contractual response standards. This is a remote opportunity for eligible candidates, with occasional travel to local CNG and LNG stations.
