Founding Head of Talent

We're looking for our first Head of Talent. We're planning to hire dozens of people next year across engineering, design, and GTM, and we want someone to own that hiring end to end. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run a high-touch hiring process, including scheduling, debriefs, and references - Manage our hiring brand and recruiting events (our most recent one was a magic show!) - Partner with hiring managers - Source candidates via outbound and referrals - Work with our recruiting agencies BACKGROUND - Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup - Experience hiring both engineering and GTM roles - Outbound sourcing experience - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Experience with AI-native tooling and process - Being the first talent hire at a company is a big plus - High agency and always networking. Non-traditional backgrounds (founders, VC, events) welcome. THE OFFER - Salary range $140,000-$180,000 and equity - We work in person 5 days a week in our SoHo office - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents (FSA and HSA plans available) - Lunch daily from the best restaurants in NYC; you choose all the restaurants your first week - Unlimited PTO
