Visa & Consular Processing Analyst (E-2)

We are looking for a detail-oriented visa and consular processing professional with hands-on experience in U.S. Embassy or Consulate operations. In this role, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert on U.S. consular procedures, with a primary focus on E-2 Treaty Investor visa applications. You will guide clients through every stage of the consular process, from completing application forms and scheduling appointments to preparing for interviews. You will also ensure that documentation meets specific consular requirements and that each case progresses smoothly and efficiently. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams across different countries.
