Systems, Platforms and Operations Administrator

Ensure the continuous, secure and efficient operation of the organization's systems, technology platforms and IT infrastructure, guaranteeing their availability, performance, scalability and alignment with business needs. Profile: - Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - Strong ability to structure, write and communicate, both with technical teams and with business stakeholders. - Autonomy, sense of responsibility and strong results orientation. - Ease working in the context of cross-functional projects and multidisciplinary environments. - Language skills: English or French Main Responsibilities: - Administer, monitor and maintain operating systems, servers, networks and technology platforms (on-premises and cloud). - Ensure the availability and performance of critical systems, implementing proactive monitoring and optimization measures. - Manage virtualization environments, containers and cloud computing platforms. - Implement and maintain security policies, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity. - Diagnose and resolve incidents and technical problems, ensuring appropriate response times (SLA). - Automate operational processes and recurring tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors. - Participate in the definition and implementation of scalable and resilient technology architectures. - Collaborate with development teams (DevOps) for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). - Document procedures, configurations and operational best practices. - Manage updates, patches and the life cycle of systems and platforms. - Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards and policies. Requirements - Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server). - Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and/or containers (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud). - Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools. - Knowledge of scripting/automation (Shell, Python, PowerShell). - Familiarity with information security practices. - Organization and Interdependence
