Seasonal, Lead Virtual Tax Professional

This seasonal leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys developing people and delivering high-quality client support. You will lead a fully remote team of Virtual Tax Professionals responsible for Second Look tax reviews and complex tax matters. Combining technical tax expertise with people management, you will oversee team performance, service quality, and operational consistency. You will recruit and train seasonal associates, coordinate staffing and schedules, and provide ongoing coaching throughout the tax season. You will also guide professionals through complex tax scenarios, IRS transcript analysis, and potential resolution opportunities. Working in a virtual environment, you will help ensure accurate tax outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a consistent client experience.
