Vice President of Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Finance based in United States. This senior finance leadership role will own financial strategy and operations across U.S. and Mexico-based activities. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping the processes, models, and controls that support sustainable growth. The role provides executive leadership with forward-looking financial insights to guide investments, expansion, staffing, pricing, and operational decisions. You’ll oversee planning, forecasting, cash flow, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and financial performance management. A key focus will be strengthening financial infrastructure and optimizing the flow of funds across two countries. You’ll work closely with accounting, payroll, HR, operations, external advisors, and executive leadership.
