Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong SAP PLM expertise to join an international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and validating scalable solution architecture and translating business needs into coherent technical solutions. Job responsibilities: - Designing key components of SAP PLM solution architecture - Translating business and process requirements into scalable technical solutions - Leading architecture decisions and validating whether proposed solutions are fit for purpose - Collaborating with business experts, technical architects, SAP specialists, and external partners - Managing dependencies between solutions, systems, and integration areas - Reviewing solution quality and deliverables provided by project partners - Supporting deployment teams in translating designed solutions into implementation Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - At least 5 years of experience in an R&D and/or SAP implementation environment - Strong practical knowledge of SAP PLM architecture and capabilities - Experience designing complex target-state solutions rather than only operating existing solutions - Experience leading architecture decisions and working within governance frameworks - Experience managing dependencies and working in large transformation initiatives - Strong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with external vendors and System Integrators - Strong analytical and communication skills and fluent English What we offer: - Remote work or work from one of our 11 offices across Poland - Benefits fully paid by CGI (for employment contract): - Healthcare - comprehensive Medicover Maxima plan including dental care. - Medicover Sport card. - Life, accident and serious illness insurance. - Employee Assistance Program, providing you and your family with free and anonymous access to specialists, including a psychologist, therapist, and lawyer. - CGI Share Purchase Plan - if you decide to invest in CGI shares through the program, CGI will contribute the same amount.
