If you want to work in a place where every line of code matters, learn something new every day, and leave your mark, come join us on this mission. #DareToChange Dare to have: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE or similar roles; - 3+ years driving innovation, prototyping technologies or leading architectural improvements; - Expert knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and practices; - Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions; - Solid expertise in Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes or OpenShift; - Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and proficiency in Git workflows and branching strategies; - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP; - Knowledge of application security principles, automated security scanning, secrets management and security policy as code; - Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR or SOX; - Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-based tooling and prompt engineering applied to operations; - Understanding of AI agent governance, permissions, sandboxing and workflows combining human expertise with AI; - Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk or Datadog; - Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or Bash, alongside knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and testing practices.
