SAP Vistex Consultant

We are looking for an SAP Vistex Consultant to support an international client in the consumer goods industry. Key Responsibilities: - Provide functional support for SAP Vistex solutions - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests - Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions - Support change requests and system enhancements - Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams - Participate in testing activities and support system releases - Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs - Prepare and maintain functional documentation Requirements: - Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex - Experience in application support and maintenance - Good understanding of SAP SD integration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders - Professional working proficiency in English Nice to Have: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA - ITIL knowledge - Experience in the consumer goods industry Originally posted on Himalayas
