Director, Professional Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Professional Services based in United Kingdom. This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing professional services across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will own the delivery strategy for enterprise implementations, rollouts, and services engagements across a diverse international customer base. The role combines operational leadership with significant commercial responsibility for revenue, margins, utilization, milestones, and expansion. You will build and lead a high-performing project management organization while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
