As a Senior Payroll Analyst & Administrator, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations in the United States and Canada, ensuring accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing. You will manage payroll administration for a large, geographically distributed workforce, using cloud-based payroll systems to maintain data integrity and compliance. You will also play an important role in reviewing system configurations, validating payroll outputs, and recommending process improvements. Working closely with HR business partners, local authorities, and benefit administrators, you will resolve discrepancies and support essential payroll-related activities. Through detailed reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis, you will provide valuable insights to support business operations and leadership decisions.
