This is a hands-on role focused on using automation and artificial intelligence to transform customer and commercial experiences. You will design intelligent workflows and autonomous AI agents that can support customers, automate processes, and accelerate sales activities. The role combines n8n expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and omnichannel integrations. You will connect platforms such as WhatsApp, chat, email, and CRM systems to create seamless customer journeys. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will turn operational challenges into scalable technology solutions. You will have autonomy to experiment with emerging AI technologies while keeping a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
