Head of IT, Infrastructure & Network Security Salary: £85,000–£95,000 Location: Leeds – Hybrid (3 days onsite) Type: Permanent Industry: FinTech / SaaS About the Role We're working with a growing FinTech business seeking an experienced Head of IT, Infrastructure & Network Security to lead its infrastructure, networking, security and IT operations. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role, combining technical expertise with responsibility for ISO 27001 compliance, platform integrations and operational support. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments and network security. - Manage ISO 27001 compliance, security audits and risk management. - Advise clients on technical requirements, platform integrations and implementation feasibility. - Lead IT operations, incident management and technical support. - Work with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable and scalable systems. Essential Requirements: - Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking and security. - Experience with Azure/cloud infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs and identity management. - Proven knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security governance. - Understanding of APIs, system integrations and secure connectivity. - Experience managing IT operations and resolving complex technical issues. - Confident communicator, comfortable challenging client requirements and advising senior stakeholders.
