Head of Sales - EMEA

As Head of Sales - EMEA, you will lead and scale a regional sales organization within an innovative, fast-growing cybersecurity environment. You will be responsible for developing high-performing sales teams, driving commercial strategy, and accelerating enterprise revenue growth across European and international markets. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, you will coach Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives while supporting complex enterprise negotiations and strategic customer relationships. You will establish scalable sales processes, strengthen pipeline management, and ensure predictable commercial performance through data-driven decision-making. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify new market opportunities and strengthen the organization's competitive position.
