Software Engineer (Edge - Devices & Mobile)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer (Edge – Devices & Mobile) based in Denmark. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong Rust expertise to help build and scale a sophisticated, cross-platform device infrastructure. In this role, you will develop and maintain a reliable peer runtime across Windows, Android, and Linux, with future expansion to macOS. You will work at the intersection of systems engineering, mobile platforms, networking, and distributed infrastructure. A key focus will be bringing advanced capabilities to mobile devices while ensuring seamless performance, security, and reliability across a globally distributed fleet. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges. This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of critical infrastructure, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to innovative large-scale data collection systems.
