About The Role As an Azure Data Engineer based in Woerden, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, intelligent data solutions in the cloud. You will work with cutting-edge tools and platforms such as Python, PySpark, DBT, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric to develop robust data pipelines, unlock data sources, and construct comprehensive data platforms. Your work will directly impact clients in various sectors by enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation. The Woerden office is part of the ilionx Midden region, fostering close collaboration across multiple locations and providing opportunities to contribute to regional strategies and propositions. This role offers flexibility in work location, allowing you to operate either from client sites or the Woerden office. You will have the freedom to select projects aligned with your interests, whether that involves building Snowflake platforms, participating in team assignments, or contributing to internal initiatives like ZorgControl or the ilionx Dataplatform. Career growth is strongly supported, with pathways available towards becoming a technical specialist, architect, trainer, or focusing on AI and data science.
