Senior Technical Account Manager – OT Cybersecurity Location: Remote – UK or Germany Salary: Competitive package + equity Travel: Approximately 30% across Europe Industry: Industrial Cybersecurity | OT Security | Critical Infrastructure We're working with an established US-headquartered cybersecurity software business that specialises in protecting some of the world's most critical industrial environments. Their technology helps organisations across energy, utilities, manufacturing and critical infrastructure secure their Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. As the business continues to expand across Europe, they're looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers across the region. This is a highly technical, customer-facing position, combining OT cybersecurity expertise with strategic account management, technical advisory and ongoing customer engagement. The Role - Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe. - Build strong relationships with cybersecurity, engineering and operational technology teams. - Provide technical guidance on OT/ICS security, helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture. - Support customer onboarding, platform adoption and ongoing optimisation. - Deliver technical workshops, customer reviews and best-practice recommendations. - Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, coordinating with internal engineering and support teams where required. - Help customers maximise the value of their cybersecurity investment and develop long-term security strategies. - Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success and technical teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. What We're Looking For - Strong technical background in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networking or industrial control systems. - Experience working with technologies such as SCADA, industrial networks, OT security platforms or network security. - Previous experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Customer Success Engineering or Solutions Engineering. - Experience supporting enterprise customers in industrial sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing or critical infrastructure. - Confidence delivering technical workshops, troubleshooting complex issues and engaging senior technical stakeholders. - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical customer outcomes. - Based in the UK or Germany, with flexibility to travel across Europe. - Experience with OT cybersecurity vendors such as Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Forescout, Armis, Tenable or similar technologies would be particularly relevant.
