Generative AI Engineer

🤖 AI Engineer | Generative AI & Agentic AI Are you looking to grow your career in AI Engineering while working with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies and real-world business challenges? We’re looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to join a leading automotive company and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions across different business units. You’ll work closely with Senior Engineers on innovative proof of concepts (PoCs), building and integrating AI solutions in cloud environments using AWS and/or Azure. 🧠 What you’ll do • Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs, Generative AI and RAG architectures • Build components for enterprise assistants, copilots and conversational AI applications • Implement Agentic AI workflows to automate business processes • Develop and integrate AI components using Python and APIs • Work with cloud AI services across AWS and/or Azure • Support the deployment, testing and monitoring of AI solutions • Contribute to CI/CD and MLOps practices • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and cross-functional teams to explore new technologies and evaluate PoCs 🧩 What we’re looking for • 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or a related technical role • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, such as LangGraph, Google ADK, LangChain or similar • Strong working knowledge of Python and experience developing and integrating APIs • Experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or equivalent • At least 1 year of experience with AWS and/or Azure • Familiarity with CI/CD, AI deployment and monitoring practices • Understanding of solution architecture and how AI components integrate with APIs, data and cloud infrastructure • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with Senior Engineers • Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive approach to experimentation and continuous learning • Good communication and teamwork skills • English B2/C1 • German is a plus ✨ Nice to have • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and vector databases • Knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker or Azure OpenAI • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or MLOps tools • A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related technical field • Cloud or AI certifications 🚀 Generative AI & Agentic AI ☁️ AWS / Azure cloud environments 🧪 Innovation, experimentation and PoCs 🏢 Contract directly with end client 🏠 Hybrid working mode (flexible) 📈 Technical growth and increasing ownership If you’re passionate about Generative AI and want to build practical AI solutions while learning from experienced engineers, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now or get in touch to learn more.
