Principal Product Manager, Capital Platform

This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role focused on shaping complex platform capabilities that enable capital to move reliably, transparently, and at scale. You will own strategy and execution for a major capital platform problem space with significant business and operational impact. The role requires deep systems thinking and the ability to build configurable, reusable solutions for diverse financial partners without unnecessary fragmentation. You will lead multi-quarter initiatives spanning product, engineering, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. As a Staff+ individual contributor, you will influence architecture, prioritization, sequencing, and the long-term evolution of critical platform systems. You will use data, customer insight, and domain expertise to make high-conviction decisions while navigating significant ambiguity.
