This entry-level, fully remote role focuses on turning repetitive business processes into streamlined, scalable automated workflows. You’ll map existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear specifications for developers. The role spans HR, marketing, brand reputation, content operations, and other areas where automation can reduce manual work. You’ll work hands-on with low-code automation platforms, APIs, AI tools, and connected business systems. A major part of the role involves testing workflows thoroughly, supporting adoption, and measuring improvements in time, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, ownership, organization, and a willingness to experiment with new technology are highly valued.
