Regional Quality Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced quality professional to lead regional Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Quality Excellence initiatives within the hydro power industry. In this role, you will strengthen quality governance, improve operational performance, and drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurring defects and failures. You will oversee the implementation of standardized problem-solving methodologies, support quality management system audits, and contribute to the execution of a Zero-Defect Framework. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will use quality metrics, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities. You will also coach teams, promote organizational learning, and help build a proactive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
