Business & Commercial Law Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business & Commercial Law Paralegal based in Germany. Join a fully remote legal team supporting a U.S. law firm with corporate, transactional, and commercial legal matters. In this role, you will work closely with business attorneys and clients to support company formation, corporate governance, contract management, and complex business transactions. You will help prepare and maintain essential legal documents, coordinate due diligence, and ensure transaction milestones and regulatory filing deadlines are met. Your work will contribute to smooth business operations by keeping corporate records accurate, contracts organized, and closing processes on track. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional with strong drafting skills, sound knowledge of U.S. business law, and a proactive approach to managing multiple matters. The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility within a long-term remote arrangement, with availability during U.S. business hours required.
