Manager, Political Affairs

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Political Affairs based in the United States. The Manager, Political Affairs will lead political engagement initiatives and oversee the strategic management and daily operations of a federal Political Action Committee (PAC). This role combines political strategy, legislative analysis, governance, and regulatory compliance to support organizational public policy priorities. You will develop initiatives to increase contributor participation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and improve the effectiveness of political engagement programs. Working closely with government affairs, legal, compliance, finance, human resources, and executive leadership teams, you will provide actionable insights on legislative developments and political contribution opportunities. You will also ensure that political activities adhere to applicable campaign finance laws and regulatory requirements.
